Hey, I know! Long time no post. But in two more months I will be done with the school year and will have more time to focus on the site. I'd just like to say thank you, though, to all the people who send me news and stuff on Jordin. I know I've missed all those emails within the past 2 months, which I'm really sorry about, but I do still appreciate it and once I can frequently check the email and update the website, I will probably catch them more often and be able to post them on the site. Here's one thing I really though was interesting though. It was an interview on the radio where Jordin comments on the whole Chris Brown and Rihanna situation. I felt bad for her because you could tell she was obviously uncomfortable and it just kept getting brought up again and again. I think she handled the situation very well though, I'm proud of her! Here's the link: And I don't know if you caught it or not, but there are snippets of new songs Jordin has recorded going around. Check them out below: And a really cool song (that was probably leaked :/) called Fearless. It almost doesn't sound like her at parts though: I think my favorites are definitely Faith and Fearless. Anyways, that's all I have for now, I will hopefully be back before summer break but there's no telling. I always think since I have one day that's relaxing I will suddenly get a break but nope, there's always a lot of work to do for school. But I haven't given up on this site yet, don't worry! Here's a video I saw with Jordin discussing her new album in it. She talks about all the people she would like to work with on it. I love when she's all "Jesus" when the guy sticks the mic in her face haha. But I cannot wait to hear that duet with Leona Lewis if it happens! I'm so excited for this, it's going to be amazing. |

Yay, Jordin is doing a second run of her charity event from last year's superbowl. Here's some info on what it will be like this time around:The 2nd Annual Jordin Sparks Experience hosted by Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine will be held Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2009 as part of the Super Week for the Super Bowl festivities in Tampa. Jordin will join internationally acclaimed chef and James Beard Award Winner Roy Yamaguchi. This sounds awesome. I'd honestly pay 400 dollars to get to meet Jordin personally, but I don't live close to Florida at all haha. Here's a quote from Jordin regarding Obama's term in office!Jordin Sparks, perky: "I'm excited to see what he can bring to the country and how he can help the economy while promoting volunteerism. And if he needs a babysitter, he just needs to call me!" I love that she offers to babysit haha. I agree, I'm eager to see what he'll do for this country. |

Seriously, now I remember why I always avoided updating the gallery. It's not that I don't love Jordin pics, it's just the entire process that can become a little stressful.  I didn't get to catch the People's Choice Awards as I got home right as they were nearing the end, but I asked my mom, who had been watching it all night, whether Jordin won or not and she did!No Air - Jordin Sparks and Chris Brown CONGRATS JORDIN! I'm so proud of her, she definitely deserves this! I wish she could have won Best Pop Song also, but Katy Perry's song deserved it as well. I'm still really happy she got one! I'll add entire pics from the event as soon as I get the time to do so. |

I thought this was pretty cool, I haven't heard much about Gina since American Idol but it's cool to know that she's doing good.Naperville will be rolling out the red -- make that white -- carpet for the New Year's Eve wedding of "American Idol" finalist Gina Glocksen to Neuqua Valley High School science teacher Joe Ruzicka. It's good to know that Jordin still keeps in contact with her fellow castmembers. I love seeing pictures of them together and stuff, it just shows how much love that season had. |
