Here's a really cool video I found in an article from here that was filmed when Jordin did a UStream.tv and Twitter live chat. I did not hear about this until now, but these videos are so cool. I haven't gotten to finish watching both of them yet because they are really long but it's so funny to see Jordin just doing random little things at the computer. I wish I could have been to the chat, especially since they were sung to. Jordin did an amazing job with God Loves Ugly. |

This is pretty cool, although it isn't confirmed by Disney or anything (that I know of), but Jordin may be starring on an upcoming episode of Suite Life On Deck.The cast of Wizards of Waverly Place, including Selena Gomez, will be at the upcoming D23 Expo. And the second season of The Suite Life on Deck premieres on Friday, August 7th. I don't watch the show but I would definitely tune in if this is true, so hopefully we'll get some more information on this soon once the new season starts. |

I think this is pretty exciting. Even though it isn't number one, I think it's still pretty freaking awesome that she debuted in the top 10! Here's a breakdown of where she's at on the charts:Jordin Sparks' second album "Battlefield" debuted at No. 7 with 48,000 copies. Her 2007 self-titled debut entered and peaked at No. 10 with 119,000. I am a bit surprised it didn't sell more copies, but I think things will pick up so I don't feel like anyone should consider this a bad thing. I think she at least sold nearly 50,000 and that's a LOT of CDs for just the US. She will sell more, especially once a second single is released. Come on baby, baby, have a little faith! |

I was hoping we'd get a comment on this since I was wondering about the lyrics since I heard the song. I've already heard Fefe's version so I knew what most of the lyrics were, but it was still surprising to hear Jordin singing them haha. So there you go, do not take the lyrics in the song as what you think of them, because as Jordin says, it's not that way when she sings it haha. I still love the song though, and I'm obsessed with both hers and Fefe's versions of it. |

Here's an interview Jordin did with Access Atlanta to promote "Battlefield." She discusses what has changed since her debut and how it was making the amazing new album!“I’ve grown up a little bit,’ Sparks said last week during an hour-long press conference in which I got to ask quite a few questions. “But I haven’t gotten too old. I’m only 19. I still have more growing to do and a lot to learn. I’m still the quirky girl who embarrasses herself on a daily basis.” Aww I feel bad that it leaked, although I expected it because at that point it was shipped out to all the stores and promo copies had been released. Unfortunately the world is not a good enough place to where you can trust everyone, so you just have to do the best you can and ignore the people that will choose to do the wrong thing. I agree she has grown, and to me this album sounds so much more mature than her debut, in both lyrics and her voice. My favorite is still Faith, because it's an amazing ballad that starts out slow and builds up to an amazing finish. |

OK, I've uploaded all the pictures from each page of the digital booklet along with a higher quality version of the cover for the standard edition!      They are so gorgeous, seriously, I cannot wait until some HQs hopefully leak from this bunch because these are a nice size but much bigger and complete would be better. |

Here's an interview on New York radio station 92.3 where she gets asked some questions by Lisa Paige! As someone pointed out, she does mention 3 songs to request, "Battlefield," "S.O.S.," and "Walking On Snow." We already know "S.O.S." is the second single, so this could potentially mean "Walking On Snow" is the third (which I really hope so because it has so much potential). |
