I updated the gallery with several hundred photos! Hopefully this somewhat makes up for my serious lack of activity around the site the past few months. Anyways, check out the links below for some amazing photos of Jordin at various events, performances, and photoshoots.

Phew that took a little while but I'm glad I finally caught up. I'll keep trying to add more and more now that I have that off my shoulders.
Jordin To Perform Fourth Of July Special
Posted on Jun 11, 2008 by Max 0 Comments
Jordin is going to be performing again for the Macy's Fourth of July Fireworks Spectacular, which will be broadcasted on NBC for everyone to see.

A pair of former American Idol finalists will help to ignite Macy's Fourth of July Fireworks Spectacular.

Idol fifth-season runner-up Katharine McPhee and sixth-season champ Jordin Sparks will both celebrate the country's 232nd birthday by performing on NBC's Macy's Fourth of July Fireworks Spectacular, a live one-hour special that will air Friday, July 4 at 9PM ET/PT.

This marks the second consecutive Macy's Fourth of July Fireworks Spectacular that will feature Sparks, who also performed at last year's event with Idol sixth-season runner-up Blake Lewis and third-place finisher Melinda Doolittle. Sparks is currently scheduled to perform her newest single "One Step at a Time" at the event.

While she's mostly been focusing on her acting career as of late, McPhee is also currently working on her upcoming solo album with Grammy-winning songwriter and producer David Foster. She's currently scheduled to perform "Save the Last Dance for Me" at the event.

In addition to Sparks and McPhee, Macy's Fourth of July Fireworks Spectacular will also feature performances by Natasha Bedingfield and Kenny Chesney. The event will be hosted by Today correspondents Natalie Morales and Tiki Barber.

And of course there will be fireworks -- specifically more than 35,000 shells exploding over New York City at a rate of 1,100 a minute. During the fireworks portion of the program, the New York Pops will perform a mix of American dance music and the patriotic standards.

I can't wait and I hope there's more pictures taken of the performance this year than last. It was only four or five if I remember correctly. And hopefully a video of this one goes up on YouTube, my recorder is currently not functioning well with our new TV :(.
New Version...Finally!
Posted on Jun 11, 2008 by Max 0 Comments
I put up a new version of the site, and I think this must be one of the first times that I have to say finally. That last layout was getting on my last nerve the way it was setup and everything, so I made this one. I really like it. I used a picture from a photoshoot that I'll be adding to the gallery soon and I like the color schemes that worked out of it. Please leave some feedback on what you think!
Jordin's Seventeen Playlist
Posted on Jun 10, 2008 by Max 0 Comments
I got an email about Jordin setting up a playlist of her favorite summer songs for fans to view and download. Check it out by clicking the image below:

And I am currently seriously working on gathering pictures that I hope to upload on Thursday, since it's my one of two days a week off of work.
Official Release!
Posted on Jun 10, 2008 by Max 0 Comments
The video has officially been released. Click the thumb below to watch it!

I'm watching it now, I'll be back with some feedback.

Ok I watched it. Apparently it was posted a few days ago, but I really really loved it. It's definitely her best so far. The transition between the people is great and Jordin looks beautiful in every shot. I really like when she's standing against the tree and it pans around her. It's very nicely shot. Go Jordin!
One Step At A Time

I don't know how long it's going to be up since it has not been officially released yet, but someone reuploaded the One Step At A Time video. This one has the sound and video moving a bit off each other, but its good enough for now I guess.

Watch it

Hopefully they post the official release soon.
In Case You Missed It...
Posted on May 29, 2008 by Max 0 Comments
Alright, well I can definitely say I unfortunately missed it, but apparently Jordin did briefly upload the official OSAAT music video onto her YouTube account but then she removed it. She did leave a message on the boards though, saying it should be back very soon:

It will be back up soon you guys. We're just having some minor issues. Thanks for asking Veton, if you can hold off we'll have it back.

I love you guys and thanks so much for your thoughts and prayers. This past week has been difficult but Im getting through it.
I'll make sure to post when the video finally does get reuploaded. I cannot wait to see it, everyone has said it was great.
Happy One Year...And A Day!
Posted on May 24, 2008 by Max 0 Comments
So yesterday was the site's one year anniversary and I totally missed it. Exams are here and because of a mixture of my grades and absences I have to take all the hard ones that I was hoping to exempt. Yay.

But I cannot believe this site has been open so long, it has honestly been the best site I've ever run and the only one that ever made it to a full year of being open. I am really proud that I kept it open, even though there were times where I struggled with the decision, I'm glad of where the site is at now.

And hopefully after exams are over next week and I get a few days of summer craziness out of the way, I can get to work on the gallery and site with updating it and coming up with more content. I still have a surprise I have been working on for a while that I hope to open sometime eventually.

Expect a new one-year layout soon. I know it will be a little late, but I'm hoping my friend will be able to make it for me since I'm sort of dried up on time and ideas.
More Steph Jones Rumors
Posted on May 24, 2008 by Max 0 Comments
More rumors surfacing of a romance between Jordin and the singer.

Jordin and Steph at a party in Houston that they hosted together:

I have no idea if these are true, I doubt it, but it looks like they are pretty good friends, which is cool. And if they are, I'm happy for Jordin!
Jordin Gives Idol Winner Heads Up
Posted on May 24, 2008 by Max 0 Comments
Jordin gave put some advice out there for David Cook.

Former American Idol winner Jordin Sparks has offered words of advice to the U.S. hit show’s newly crowned champion David Cook - telling him to get as much sleep as possible.

The singer congratulated triumphant contestant Cook, who scored a landslide victory over fellow finalist David Achuata at Wednesday’s series finale - achieving 12 million more votes than the 17-year-old hopeful.

But Sparks, who performed her hit No Air Round at the finale, says rocker Cook better be prepared for a hectic schedule, insisting she hasn’t had a decent night’s rest since she won the show last year.

She says, "Sleep as much as you can because you don’t get any sleep. It’s a year later and I still haven’t gotten a whole eight hours of sleep yet - I’m still reeling from winning last year." And when asked by People magazine who she wanted to be crowned as the winner of this year’s hit U.S. talent show, Sparks remained diplomatic, claiming she had voted for both finalists.
She says, "I voted for both of them last night so I can’t really say I had a favourite. I got to meet both of them and they were so sweet! Both of them are going to be fine. I’m so proud of both of them."

I'm glad she's giving them a warning because I remember when Jordin was doing everything for Idol and it was all crazy.
